By accessing or using Explore Goa, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy and Cookies Policies. Do not use the platform if you do not accept them.

Explore Goa provides local discovery, editorial information, public-interest information, events, essential services and business listings. Features and availability may change as the platform develops.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure under Explore Goa’s control.

A person submitting a listing must be authorised to do so and must provide accurate, current and original information. Uploaded images, documents and other material must be owned by the submitter or used with permission. Explore Goa may edit, verify, reject, suspend, merge or request changes to a submission.

New eligible accounts may receive Free Listing access. Paid plans may provide additional media, contact, map, link, offer or visibility features according to the current plan description. Commercial activation may require separate confirmation. Payment does not buy verification, guaranteed publication, guaranteed enquiries or a fixed organic search position.

Search order may consider relevance, category, locality, distance, completeness, freshness, quality and other platform signals. Sponsored, featured or promotional placements may use separate treatment or labels. Explore Goa retains editorial control over public presentation.

You must not submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, infringe rights, upload malicious code, scrape or overload the service without permission, bypass access controls, manipulate reviews or rankings, or use the platform for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity.

Explore Goa’s branding, design, software, structured presentation and original editorial material are protected by applicable rights. Submitters retain ownership of their material but grant Explore Goa a non-exclusive licence to store, review, edit, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the platform and the submitted listing.

Listings, events, prices, schedules, external links and other third-party information can change. Explore Goa does not control external websites, transactions or services and is not a party to arrangements made directly between users and listed organisations.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Explore Goa does not promise uninterrupted access or that every record will always be complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, Explore Goa and Goa Prism Digital Media are not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on platform information or third-party services.

Access, accounts, listings or submissions may be restricted or removed where these terms are breached, information is unsafe or misleading, rights are disputed, payment obligations are unresolved, or action is reasonably required to protect the platform or its users.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, with disputes subject to the competent courts in Goa unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Terms may be updated as the platform changes; continued use after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
