North Goa District Hospital, commonly referred to as Asilo Hospital, is one of Goa’s oldest and most important government hospitals. Located in Mapusa, it serves as the district-level referral centre for the entire northern region of the state. The hospital operates under the Directorate of Health Services, Government of Goa, and provides both inpatient and outpatient services across general medicine, surgery, obstetrics, paediatrics, orthopaedics, and emergency care.
